Gauveda A2 Bilona cow ghee is made one way, in every size. Milk from our Malvi cows is boiled on a clay chulha, set into curd in clay pots, churned by hand with a wooden bilona and slow-cooked into golden, daanedaar ghee. Nothing is added and every batch is lab-tested. Choose 500 ml for a first jar, 1 litre for everyday cooking, or the 3 litre and 5 litre packs for the family's monthly stock.
